Who are we?

Yingkou Magnesite Mining Co. , Ltd，deeply engaged in the research and development, production and sales of magnesium materials, headquarter is located at Dashiqiao, Liaoning Province, China. Its parent company, Liaoning Shenghai Industrial Group, is a cross-industry industrial group, which has developed into a comprehensive enterprise group covering copper smelting, mining, refractory, chemicals and other fields. The group has a total production capacity of 2.71 million tons, of which Shenghai copper has 100,000 tons of copper smelting, 360,000 tons of sulfuric acid production capacity.
Yingkou Magnesite Mining Co.,Ltd. is part of the group, is responsible for management and operation of magnesium industry. Manages three magnesite mines and four magnesium production plants. The annual mining capacity reaches 930,000 tons, which is one of the large magnesite mines in this area. With advanced technology and equipment, through calcination, processing, mixing and other links, the annual output of caustic calcined magnesia 450,000 tons, high-purity magnesium oxide 120,000 tons, fused magnesium oxide 150,000 tons, magnesia-carbon brick 100,000 tons.
The group started investing in magnesium chemicals in 2010 and has a production capacity of 500,000 tons of magnesium-containing chemicals, including 400,000 tons of magnesium sulfate and magnesium-containing fertilizers and 100,000 tons of other magnesium-containing chemicals. We produce magnesium sulfate and magnesium-containing fertilizers of good quality, a variety of widely used in fertilizers, feed, basic chemical, mining, medicine, food and other industries, we are a large manufacturer of magnesium chemical products in the world.
The group always adheres to the concept of safety, Green, environmental protection, has passed the ISO quality, safety, occupational health management system certification, and has completed the registration of the EU REACH regulation. In addition, the group has a medium element fertilizer (magnesium fertilizer) production license, and has a mixed feed-grade magnesium sulfate, mixed feed-grade magnesium oxide production license.

In the production of high-purity magnesia and fused magnesia, it also has the most advanced production processes and equipment in the world. In the production of magnesium sulfate, the group has a complete industrial chain, achieving 100% independent production and supply from mining to finished products, with obvious technological and industrial advantages.

In 1755, Joseph Black (from the United Kingdom) identified magnesium as an element in Edinburgh and distinguished magnesia (magnesium oxide, MgO) from lime (calcium oxide, CaO). The English name of magnesium is Magnesium, which is derived from Greek and originally means "Magnesia". Because near the city of Magnesia in Greece, there was a rich mine of magnesia (magnesium oxide) at that time. The ancient Romans called this mineral "Magnesia Alba".
